Penis Enlargement Exercises

First hold the base of the male organ by using your forefinger and thumb with a moderate grip. This gripping process would help to maintain partial erection of the shaft while entrapping enough blood in the empty chambers of spongy erectile tissues.

Next move your gripping hand with a sliding motion along the length of the shaft while maintaining a moderate pressure. This would help to force the flow of blood into the penile area. As soon as you have reached the tip of the organ repeat the same procedure by using the other hand and continue jelqing with alternate hands. It is better to complete each stroke by 1 to 2 seconds. Perform this for at least 70 to 80 times.

Power Stretch Exercise: Hold the head of the male organ and stretch it forward holding it for 5 to 6 seconds. Then pull it towards your right until you feel a pressure on your left. Hold it for 5 to 6 seconds. Follow the same procedure for holding it on your left, upwards, and downwards for 5 to 6 seconds each time. Repeat the whole endeavor for 5 to 6 minutes and do it for 10 to 12 times.

Circular Stretch Exercise: Stretch the male organ forward by holding its head for 5 to 6 seconds. Then pull it upwards the same way and hold it for 5 to 6 seconds. Start rotating it slowly in anticlockwise direction till you reach the starting point. Repeat the whole procedure for at least 20 to 30 times.

Sit Down Stretch Exercise: First make the organ erected by applying massage on it. Now slowly sit on a table and place the stretched penis under your backside and stay in this position for 5 to 10 minutes.

V Stretch Exercise: Using your right hand make an overhead OK grip at the head and hold it stretched for 5 seconds. Use thumb of left hand to apply pressure at the base and slowly move the thumb towards the head while keeping the pressure on. This would take less than 10 seconds. Move the thumb same way back to the base which would also take less than 10 seconds. Repeat the whole procedure for 12 times.
