- Pec press: You need 3 to 5 pound weights in each of your hands. Lie down on your back with knees bent, stretch your arms on both sides and slowly bring them together. Stay for 1 second and then again release them back to their previous position. Do this thrice for 10 to 12 times every alternate day.
- Butterfly press: Sit on the edge of a chair with 3 to 5 pound weights in each hand. Straighten your back and arms on both sides and raise them up till they reach shoulder level. Hold at this position and release them back to their starting position. Repeat this thrice for 5 to 7 times every alternate day.
- Wall ups: Stand on your feet facing the wall keeping a distance of about 2 feet. Now place your palms on the wall and lean your body little by little toward the wall till your nose touches it. Your body weight would exert pressure on your hands. Stay in this position for 10 to 15 seconds. Then gradually push back till your reach original position.
- Pectoral push-ups: Lie on your chest and lift your body up just in conventional push ups. The only difference is that your forearms and elbows must rest on ground. Hold in this position for 30 seconds. Repeat it for 5 times. Next do the inverted push up for which you need to stand before a wall within a distance of 2 to 3 feet. Rest your palms on the wall, bend your elbows and push your body toward the wall. Come back to your original position gradually. Repeat this step for 10 to 12 times.

- Sahaj stabdhasana: Bring your legs together, fold them and sit on ground in a way so that the legs and feet touch the ground and your buttock rests on your heels. Lift your arms and bring them at the same level with your shoulder. Now stretch the hands backward and try to touch the palms together. Your body must not bend and the neck, head and the spine should form a straight line. Stay for 20 seconds and repeat for 3 to 5 times.
